We had 4 days to find a home and she did an awesome job on the pre-work. She screened homes and posted on a web site that allowed us to review the homes in such great detail that we were able to get it down to about 8 homes to look at. We were moving from out of state and what we appreciated more than anything was that she was always there for us. We closed on our home two weeks prior to moving. We had some vendors coming out to do work on the home and she took charge of overseeing these tasks and keeping us posted. My family and I have relocated 6 times in my career and this was the smoothest and most importantly, stress free relocation.

It was tough for us to look around and learn the town, because we were only coming in every other weekend to look at homes. Torie is easily 10+ stars. I was moving across the country. At first I didn't know where I wanted to live. Torie patiently worked with me until I found my dream home. Since I wasn't in the state, she took care of everything. She found inspectors, gave me suggestions for painters etc. I wasn't moving in until a month after the house closed. She offered to bring in the mail and kept an eye on the house. She even offered to get some groceries for me .....who does that? Nobody except Torie.
